Offline Contact Information

You can provide us with your contact information, such as your name, title, email address, company name, phone number, geographical location, and circumstances of collection, in a variety of ways, such as through a business card, a lead page during a presentation, or at a conference. We may store and use that contact information to contact you or your organization for marketing purposes, send you or our organization support information, product and service announcements, and other business communications, service our Site, and perform services for you or your organization once you or your organization becomes a customer. Information we collect and how we use it

We gather information from you when you fill out our contact form or email request form, register for a webinar, or download a white paper on our Site. We may collect your name, title, email address, company name, phone number, general location, and collecting conditions. Third-party programs, such as Google Analytics, may gather additional information from you, such as your geographic location, age, operating system language, and inbound referral link. We may use the contact information you provide to send you or your organization information, newsletters, special offers, and other communications (such as event notifications, job postings, and download content), to service our Site, and to perform services for you or your organization once you or your organization becomes a customer.

If you are interested in working at ITC Group, we also offer a function that allows you to submit your résumé to us. This information may be used in the review and hiring process, as well as to send you future job postings.

IP Addresses

When you access our Site, tools on it may collect your IP address. IP addresses are used to analyze trends, administer, operate, and enhance the Site, and collect broad geolocation data for aggregate usage. ITC Group is located in Australia and Vietnam, so by providing us with information, you are consenting to its transfer to us in those countries. Personal data disclosure: data receivers and international data transfers

Personal data collected in the course of ITC Group business activities, including in connection with some client services, and on the Sites may be transferred from time to time to ITC Group subsidiaries and affiliates and their personnel around the world, as well as to our third-party service providers located around the world, including in countries where the local law may grant you fewer rights than you have in your home country.

 

Furthermore, ITC Group and our third-party service providers may see and host the Sites from anywhere on the globe. We have put in place legal measures where needed by law to ensure sufficient data protection of your personal data handled by ITC Group subsidiaries, affiliates, and third-party service providers, including the transfer of your personal data to countries other than the one in which you reside. Except as provided below, ITC Group will not intentionally disclose or transfer (and will take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized or accidental disclosure of) your personal data to third parties without your consent or as otherwise permitted by law, whether for such third parties’ own marketing purposes or otherwise. ITC Group may grant access to your personal data to third-party service providers hired by ITC Group to offer services linked to the Sites and ITC Group’s business activities, including in connection with some client services, in the manner agreed upon in our client services agreements.
