Job Description
- Assist with the recruitment process: posting job news, scheduling interviews, preparing monthly reports for recruitment.
 
- Prepare labor contracts and information for social/health insurance declaration
 
- Support administrative tasks such as document preparation, data entry, and filing.
 
- Help organize internal events, team building activities, and employee engagement programs.
 
- Track and manage office supplies and other administrative resources.
 
- Perform other duties as assigned by the HR/Admin team.
 
Qualifications
- 3rd year or 4th year student majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
 
- Strong organizational and communication skills
 
- English communication
 
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
 
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
 
- Able to work at least 30 hours per week
