Business Development (Australia: Melbourne + Sydney)


  • Communicate, discover, and follow up on all client interaction for new and existing business opportunities.
  • Sales (B2B) or Partnerships & Alliances role, ideally within the IT Software industry.
  • Maintain organization on all client profiles with up-to-date client data
  • Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
  • Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
  • Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
  • Crafting business proposals to draw in more revenue from clients.
  • Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
  • Training other team members
  • Working with management team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth
  • Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Extensive sales experience specially in B2B
  • Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
  • Professionalism
  • Great networking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
  • Successfully work within a Team environment
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude under a stressful environment
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge in IT field
  • Have experience in business development: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Have experience in sales: 2 years (Preferred)
