Business Development (Australia: Melbourne + Sydney)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Communicate, discover, and follow up on all client interaction for new and existing business opportunities.
Sales (B2B) or Partnerships & Alliances role, ideally within the IT Software industry.
Maintain organization on all client profiles with up-to-date client data
Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
Crafting business proposals to draw in more revenue from clients.
Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
Training other team members
Working with management team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth
Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree.
Extensive sales experience specially in B2B
Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
Professionalism
Great networking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
Successfully work within a Team environment
Ability to maintain a positive attitude under a stressful environment
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Knowledge in IT field
Have experience in business development: 2 years (Preferred)
Have experience in sales: 2 years (Preferred)
