Be responsible for establishing the tags for websites to track and guarantee data performance. Analyzing and reporting to business with insights on digital marketing attribution, website trends and conversion rate improvement opportunities.
Work Growth team and Engineering team to guarantee all marketing technology functions smoothly
Articulate detailed information including interpretation and presentation of data to many levels of management and staff
Enhance and maintain data quality, naming conventions, data collection, lead acquisition, and so on
Develop and manage Google Tag Manager setup across the website
Collect, analyze and convert trustworthy and persistent data into marketing report
Estimate market trends and define process enhancement from data
Update technology trends in data analytics and suggest any enhancements
Using strong analytics, data visualization and data mining skills
Extract data queries to deliver actionable insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders
Manage and classify audiences from multiple sources of data (data layer, CRM, backend and 3rd party systems)
Visualize customer journey and collaborate with other teams to define tactical actions
QUALIFICATIONS
Be good at English
Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics or closely related fields
5+ years of analytics development and strategy development experience
Able to work and collaborate with multiple teams
Ready to learn and adapt new technologies and knowledge
Able to understand and set up the web analytics tool (especially experience with Google Analytics and/or Heap Analytics)
Analyzing marketing performance and estimate KPIs in e-commerce
Experience with tracking tags and with tag management systems
Fluency in SQL, with the ability to extract data and create materialized data views
Experience in analyzing statistics and experiment design
Strong understanding of data-driven marketing techniques
Excellent analytical and MS Excel skills
Good at presentation with the non-technical manner
Experience in Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Heap to develop report dashboards or other relevant requirements
Experience working with conversion optimization tools such as Optimizely, Google Optimize or similar is a plus
