Head of Marketing

JOB DESCRIPTION

Be responsible for liaising with the marketing functions of the business and then translate that vision to technology implementation to deliver marketing goals. You will oversee the planning, maintenance, and operation of marketing information systems. You will meet with management regularly to discuss ways to keep information technology flowing and help ITC Group meet its goals.

  • Setting, monitoring and reporting on team goals.
  • Evaluating and developing our marketing strategy and marketing plan.
  • Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts.
  • Communicating the marketing plan.
  • Researching demand for our products and services.
  • Competitor research.
  • Working with sales department to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction.
  • Identifying potential customers.
  • Developing promotions with advertising managers.
  • Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies.
  • Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.
  • Coordinating marketing projects from start to finish.
  • Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events.
  • Overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing.
  • Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material).
  • Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
  • Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas.
  • Craft annual hiring plans.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • BSc or MSc degree in Marketing or relevant field.
  • Experience running successful marketing campaigns.
  • Good at English communication.
  • Have 3-5 years of experience as Head of Marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Experience in marketing and running a marketing team.
  • Proven marketing campaign experience.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Strong copywriting skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets.
  • Professional and proactive work ethic.
  • High competence in project and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.
  • Analytical mind.
